Washington, D.C. - On December 30, 2009, the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC) signed an agreement for a loan of up to US$200 million (comprising an A loan of up to US$30 million and a B loan of up to US$170 million) with Rabobank International Brasil S.A.
